Reef Blue 1993 Mustang hatchback owned by Mark DellAcqua from Millersville, Maryland. This was our featured Attitude Of The Week for the week starting October 16, 2011. It's a fully loaded Mustang minus leather seats and CD player. Mark tesll us more, "I bought it new in 1997 with 30K miles in mint/unmolested condition. Currently the car has a 331ci Blown/Balanced/Blueprinted/Aftercooled engine [more description on engine photo] It has; BBK 1 3/4 long tubes and off-road H pipe with Flowmaster Super 40s. Also has a stainless/electric exhaust cut-outs. 5 speed T5 with Pro 5.O shifter with TKO 600 coming in Jan 2012. DFX clutch and Fidanza aluminum flywheel. Aluminum driveshaft and loop. Motorsport HD Traction-Lok differential with 31 spline axles. 3:73s. Brakes replaced to stock specs except for front cross drilled rotors. Lakewood drag struts/shocks and upper/lower control arms. Welded sub-frame connectors and 6 point cage with swing out arms. Hatch mounted battery. Aeromotive A1000 fuel pump with 12 gal sump tank. Pony rims with Mickey Thompson DRs [ rear ] and Dunlop ZR rated [ front ]. 500rwhp/480rwtq with a very mild dyno tune, longevity a priority. 11.6et/124mph. My intentions from the beginning were to maintain a SLEEPER look and the exterior is virtually stock minus the fuel/oil pressure gauge built in to the cowl. The 11.6et/124mph was a one time run and with more time and a better 60ft time, 10.90's are realistic."
