Brittany Blue 1967 Mustang hardtop in the sun at the 2010 Mustang Roundup car show in Tampa, Florida. This was originally a Sports Sprint optioned C-code 289ci V8 Mustang with rocker panel molding, power steering, wire wheel covers, white-sidewall tires, tinted glass, AM radio, and hood marker light. The owner has added a 302ci 4V V8 engine, fog lamps, custom steering wheel, new AM/FM radio with rear speaker, Humphugger console, seat head rests, power truck release, rear window defogger, dual exhaust, power brakes, deluxe interior trim, power antenna, electric clock, and has removed the rocker panel molding.

This 1968 Mustang convertible is owned by Ed Moulton. This was our featured Attitude Of The Week photo for the week of 9-14-08. Ed just completed an 8 month restoration in August 2008. It's painted Vista Blue clearcoat metallic - from the late model Mustangs. He stored the original 289 4v V8 and installed a 347 stroker from Blueprint Engine. It has the original C4 automatic transmission, power steering, power brakes (front disc rear drum), power top with folding glass rear window, billet grille, and blue dot halogen headlights.

This is a new 347ci Stroker (BP3471CTC) engine from Blueprint Engines. Ed has the original 289ci 4V V8 stored away. The spec is 425 hp, 410 ft-lbs torque, but the engine dyno measured 413 hp, 416 ft-lbs torque. Other items include Edelbrock 750 cfm carb elec choke, polished alum high rise intake, roller Comp Cam camshaft, Dart aluminum heads, MSD distributor and coil, 9.5:1 compression, SCAT forged crankshaft and rods, Melling high volume oil pump, March pulley set (30126), Edelbrock polished reverse flow water pump (EDL-8840), 3-row radiator w/16" electric fan, stainless radiator overflow tank, 90 deg chrome thermostat housing (need 90 deg for March pulley set), power steering pump (part#206248 needed for March pulley set), 60A chrome alternator (SUM-812104), Hedman thermal coated shorty headers (HED-88408), Edelbrock dropped 14" dia air cleaner (EDL-1221) w/2.25" element height (3" did not fit under stock hood), chrome oil pan, original C4 automatic w/B&M Holeshot 2400 torque converter (BMM-50412), and MagnaFlow 15816 stainless 2.5" dual exhaust.

The seats are a two tone blue in color. It has a Polk DB571 5x7" dash speaker and Polk DB651 6.5" speakers in kick panels.
