The 1975 Special Paint Edition Mustang II was a midyear offering which may have lead to the Stallion option in 1976 which included many of the same options but Stallion decals; and the Tu-Tone option which added a black hood and roof.

Its owner says, I have owned the car since 1997. This 1980 Mustang Cobra represented the 1980 year in the 45 years of Mustang magazine. The 1980 Cobra package was patterned off the 1979 pace car model and came with dual sport mirrors, sport tuned exhaust with bright tailpipe extensions, forged metric aluminum wheels, special instrument cluster, 8000 rpm tachometer, and a 255ci, 4.2 liter, V8 engine. This car has optional rear quarter window louvers.

This was our featured Attitude Of The Week for the week starting May 22, 2011. Alan adds, "Originally sold by Summit City Ford, Fort Wayne, Indiana. It was exported 18 months later by the owner to England. It subsequently had several more owners before I acquired it in March 2006. The car is factory original and I intend to keep it that way. I have had the paintwork detailed and the alloys refurbished. I am a member of the Mustang Owners Club UK and attend as many shows and meets as I can with the car."

This car has a Shaker 1000 audio system; SIRIUS satellite radio; GT500 premium interior package with wrapped and stitched instrument panel brow and center console, upgraded door armrests, auto-dimming rear view mirror with compass, and aluminum pedal covers; ambient and MyColor lighting; and HID headlamps. I also have a front license plate holder that clamps to the lower grille. This GT500 was our Attitude Of The Week for December 21st, 2008.
