(1 photo of a 1967 Dark Moss Green Mustang Fastback) This 1967 Mustang Fastback is owned by Paul of Miramichi, New Brunswick, Canada. Paul says, "I bought the car in 1996 and stored it away for ten years. Took it out a few years ago and decided to strip the car down to the metal and paint it the original color and aligned the body up again. However, the car surprised me for the shape it was in; I had to do very little work to it. It's also a 4 speed car. I don't have much time to drive it because I run my own autobody shop. We all know what that's like. No time for our own. I'm also in the process of building another one; its also a 1967. I had that over 25 years now and no time to work on it as well. I also have a 1977 Cobra Mustang bought in 1996. It's a 4 speed as well." This is an S-code car with a 390ci, 4-barrel, V8 engine.

(2 photos of a 1967 Playboy Pink Mustang Convertible) Check out Mary Ann Pomanti and her Playboy Pink 1967 Mustang convertible. It has its original 200ci 6-cylinder engine and a manual transmission. Her husband, Al, tells us more, "Bought it from a friend for my wife and did a complete resto. The only original parts are the hood. Painted Playboy Pink because when I met my wife she had been in a hair style competition and had Pink hair, and she wanted something other than red. Runs good. She has ball driving it and gets lots of looks. We are a Ford family - my son has a 69 Mach 1, 428 4-speed 2 4-bbls. I have 50 Ford lead sled."

I took the time to restore it myself. Originally it was a 5 option car; power top, power steering, console, AM radio, and deluxe seatbelts. I add the following options; power brakes, tilt away, convenience control panel, headrest, exterior decor group, luggage rack, clock, AM/FM radio, right mirror, vanity mirror, hood/trunk/glove box and ashtray lights, open light reminder, remote trunk, chrome sill plate extensions, wire style hubcaps, wheel opening moldings, and I add fogs lights because I like the look."

The body and undercarriage of the car has been preserved extremely well, with no rust at all. It has a 260 six cylinder that runs very well. It is hard to decide what to do with such a car being in such perfect condition."

(1 photo of a 1968 Gulfstream Aqua Blue Mustang Fastback) Gulfstream Aqua 1968 Mustang Cobra Jet with the GT package and "R" code 335hp(428ci) V8 engine. It is owned by Rick and Kim in Alabama. The "R" code is in the VIN number, see engine data. This car was also the "Attitude of the Week" for 9/9/07, see the photo used. When we posted this car in late 2007 it was in Missouri. Rick and Kim tell us, "We recently purchased this beautiful Mustang (in February 2012) and are looking for any available history about the vehicle. Your site says the owner in '07 was in Missouri. We know the Mustang was near London, Ontario (Canada) in December 2010, and then was sold to us from Alabama. Where was the car before 2007, and where was it between 2007 and 2011? By the way, this beautiful Mustang needed a lot of work to get it both safe enough to drive, and running well. Nevertheless, it's definitely the real deal and we absolutely love it, despite the extra costs incurred since our purchase. Oh -- and it's NOT for sale! Lol"

(5 photos of a 1968 Special Purple Mustang Hardtop) Erik from British Columbia is trying to find out more about this Special Order purple painted 1968 Mustang hardtop (and possibly also a Cougar) that was built early 1968 and ordered in BC, Canada (DSO B7, blank paint code). The paint appears to be Ford WT9083 special order purple paint which was used in the Rainbow of Colors - West Coast promotion but we have found no evidence of this promotion further north than the Salt Lake City area. The paint is over a metallic blue but the purple paint is painted everywhere as usually done by the factory when the trim is all off (we've seen other factory special painted Mustangs with a different color underneath). Erik, who owns this car, has a friend in BC who owns a Cougar with the same paint. Contact us or Erik if you know of others or have any ideas.
