Factory Saleen conversions have serial numbers. This one is 99-0014. The 99 part is for the model year. The 0014 is the sequential body number. This ID can be found in at least three places: the driver's side front bumper in big letter decals, under the hood on the firewall, and here on the center console.
    
This is a Limited Edition 35th Anniversary 1999 Mustang GT coupe. Ford only produced 4,628 of these Limited Edition 35th Anniversary GTs in 1999. This car was given features of the 2000 Mustang GT - such as the raised hood scoop, side scoops and raised spoiler. You could only get this Limited Edition car in red, black, silver, or white.

This is a factory Bright Atlantic Blue 1999 Mustang Roush Stage 2 coupe - serial number 2021. It has the 18-inch Roush wheels, Roush ground effects with side pipes, Bilstein shocks, lowering springs, lower control arms, and sway bars.
