Electric Green 1999 Mustang SVT Cobra convertible with standard scoop-less hood and a more rounded front bumber cover. The SVT Cobra also cam with an independent rear suspension allowing its shocks to be relocated, stiffer rear springs, and a thicker swaybar allowing for shaper handling and a better ride. New in the 1999 Cobras was the 17 inch five-spoke, star-shaped wheel (this one shown in black).
