Grabber Yellow 1971 Mustang convertible with top up.
Black 1971 Mustang fastback owned by Scott Brown from Elbridge, New York. This one has the stock 250ci 6-cylinder engine under the hood. Scott says it's a fun car to own.
    
Light Pewter Mustang Mach 1 fastback with the standard 429ci Cobra Jet non-ram air engine and 4-speed manual transmission. This car has everything. It even has the Mach 1 Sport interior.

The dash looks great. It has a tach in the left instrument pod.
What car isn't complete, unless it has a Hurst shifter!
This is a close-up of the power windows master control on the driver's door. there is even a lock on it. Strange order of windows. The rear most switch (on the left) operates the driver's side front window.
The Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) is located on top of the dash on the driver's side. It can be seen through the windshield from the outside of the car. Let's decode it! The 1 is for the 1971 model year. F is for the Dearborn, Michigan assembly plant. 05 is for the Mach 1 body style. C is for the optional Cobra Het 429 370hp V8 engine. 158167 is the sequential unit number. Decode it yourself with the help of our 1971 VIN Decoder.
