Mike Abajian Jr of Texas owns this beautiful 1968 Rainbow of Colors promotional red orange Mustang hardtop. Mike writes: I bought this original 'Rainbow of Colors' car on-line about two years ago. The gentleman who restored this car initially intended to part it out. He opted to restore it when he discovered the 'coral' paint code listed on the Marti report. However, the car is painted the wrong 'coral'. This mustang was painted Calypso Coral (known as
Flower Power Orange in '68) instead of the proper Caribbean Coral. Let me say, the color on it now is, by far, better looking than Caribbean Coral. I may repaint it the proper color someday. But, for now, this is one of the most beautiful '68 coupes you will ever see. I wish that it was originally Flower Power Orange. Mike's 1968 Mustang was our Attitude Of The Week for February 1st, 2009.
