Vista Blue 2008 Mustang Shelby GT convertible with a Shelby modified 4.6 liter, 3 valve, V8 engine and Shelby modified body. This car is not to be mistaken for the Shelby GT-500 although the extra cost over the Mustang GT premium is about the same. This special edition car comes only in Vista Blue, a Billet hood pin kit, Billet front grille assembly with Mustang pony badge including fog light delete, silver Shelby racing stripe kit, Shelby installed appearance bar, Shelby 54U package (front fascia, rear fascia, side scoops, and 18" premium Aluminum wheels), and the Ford racing handling package (front and rear dampers, lowering springs, front and rear sway bars, and strut tower brace).

The 2008 Mustang GT premium, H-code, 4.6 liter, V8 engine modified by Shelby with the Ford Racing Power Upgrade Package which includes a 90mm cold air kit, performance mufflers, and Pro-Cal performance calibration. These upgrades together with the performance x-pipe exhaust boosts the power up to 319hp and 330ft-lbs of torque. This engine configuration is used on the 2008 Mustang Shelby GT, the 2008 Mustang Bullitt and the 2008 Mustang GT California Special.

This customized Vista Blue 2008 GT Mustang was our
Attitude Of The Week for 8/2/2009. Some custom parts visible in this shot include chrome grille, lower grille chrome accents, front lower apron, and custom wheels. Its owner says that they wanted a Blue 2005 to 2008 Mustang. They saw this one, loved it, and bought it to go along with their Black 2002 GT convertible. Both cars have mods and are just fun to drive!

Check out this Windveil Blue 2008 Mustang supercharged V6 coupe owned by Steve Shaughney from Westminster, Maryland. Steve tells us,
"It was purchased on 8-08-2008. It has a custom 4.0 liter engine with x-charger supercharger. The body has been customized into a GT500 style Supersnake with all ford parts. It has shorty headers, FRPP dual exhaust, Flowmaster mufflers, and a TCI Ratchet Shifter. Stripes were painted on by the Ford Dealer."
