Another awesome HRD shot of a Polar White 1976 Mustang II Ghia notchback. The optional bumper guards are those two big vertical rubber topped protrusions on the bumper. They stick out further than the regular bumper and allow you to bump into things with less damage. As a kid I remember you could push a broken car home if you had these.

White 1977 Mustang II coupe owned by Bobby Aldrich from Placerville, California. Check out the green pinstripes and green lower vinyl body side moldings. Bobby says, "This is my everyday driver. I've restored the car drivetrain and interior - the paint is still factory. I cover the car everyday at work and keep a good coat of wax on it. The car has the Limited Edition Special Value Package that gave you a hood ornament, body side moldings, pin stripes, plaid Emerald green cloth interior inserts, and deluxe wheel covers. I've kept the factory wheels and covers. I'm
running 14x7 aftermarket wheels on the car now." Bobby has a large collection of Mustang IIs.

This Polar White 1977 Mustang II Cobra II fastback is our featured Attitude Of The Week for the week starting September 29, 2013. This Cobra has a 305ci V8 engine and an automatic transmission. The owner says, "I have always been a Ford girl, but this baby gets quite the looks. I am restoring the car this winter, as needs new paint job. As soon as I got her I purchased a Marti Report and came to find out that it is a 1-of-88 with this trim package for the Cobra II for 1977! - Polar white exterior paint, white with Red interior trim colour, and it had only an AM radio that still works. It was built 09/03/1976, so it's an early Motortown conversion Cobra II. I'm always looking for info regarding the Motortown conversion process before Ford took the Cobra II package in-house; it's a special part of Cobra II history!"
